Family Center Building Use           - Reservation Form -

Rules:

1.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed.                          - Reservation Calendar -

2.  No smoking in building.

3.  Building must be cleaned, swept, trash taken away, etc. by users.

4.  Tables and chairs may not be removed from the building.
If users rearrange tables, chairs, etc., they must be returned to original positions.

5.  Spills/stains, etc. must be reported so that proper cleaning procedures can be followed.

6.  Building may not be used on a Sunday until after 12:00 noon and building and parking lot must be vacated by 5:30 p.m. before the 6:00 p.m. church services.

7.  Non-member users must pay $150 for the use of the building.  The fee for members is $25.00.
Users shall be responsible for any excessive damage (over $50.00) that requires special cleaning or repairs (as determined by a representative of the Unionville Church of Christ). 

8.  The Family Center is not generally rented out for commercial purposes.

(weddings/funerals)

If users rearrange tables, chairs, etc., they must be returned to original positions.

5.  Spills/stains, etc. must be reported so that proper cleaning procedures can be followed.

6.  Building may not be used on a Sunday until after 12:00 noon and building and parking lot must be vacated by 5:30 p.m. before the 6:00 p.m. church services.

7.  Non-member users must pay $200 for the use of the building. 
Users shall be responsible for any excessive damage (over $50.00) that requires special cleaning or repairs (as determined by a representative of the Unionville Church of Christ).  The building use fee does not include an honorarium for the minister.

8.  Use of bubbles is preferred to rice or birdseed for weddings.

9.  Care should be taken with candles.  Dripless candles are preferred to wax candles.

10.  The church will provide a sound engineer for use of the sound system.  There are both CD and cassette tape players connected to the sound system.
